How We Work
Independent planning, then a precise introduction
Aurea Build is not a general contractor. We provide independent planning for owners preparing a $20,000+ renovation in a Miami high-rise: we help you define scope, establish a realistic planning range, and anticipate what the building will require — then introduce you to a vetted licensed contractor you engage directly. It also suits owners planning from out of town.
Our work happens before construction begins. No markup on construction, no stake in who builds it, and no pressure to choose any specific contractor.
- 01
You submit your project details
A few precise questions about your unit, scope, and finish level. Nothing is required beyond the details you choose to share — no site visit, no sales call.
- 02
We return a planning range and fit notes
Each planning range is prepared from the details you submit, alongside notes on scope, HOA approvals, and building logistics to anticipate — so you understand the project before contractor conversations begin.
- 03
If it is a fit, we make an introduction
When the project suits our focus, we introduce you to a carefully vetted, licensed Florida general contractor proven in buildings like yours — held to the standard your project demands.
- 04
You contract that contractor directly
The construction agreement is signed directly between you and the licensed contractor. We are never a party to the build and never mark up construction. Our role ends at planning and introduction, unless you ask for another planning review.
To be clear about our current stage: we are not licensed contractors, we do not perform construction ourselves, and the finished results shown across this site illustrate the caliber of work we help owners plan for and the standards we require of the contractors we match.
